We do ship immediately if items are in stock, if it is not the case, we will wait 7 days for getting them and ship everything in a single parcel. If it takes more than 7 days, then we would ship everything we have in stock and the rest when received with no additional cost.
In case that you want to receive all items we have in stock from your order immediately without waiting for 7 days, let us know it through our website. This will have an additional shipping cost.
Delivery time for national shipping (Spain) is 24/48h once we send the parcel and between 2-5 days for international shipping, please, be aware that this data has been provided by the carrier and are susceptible to variation in each case. So we are NOT responsible for any delays incurred for reasons beyond LucrOit.
Shipping cost depends on the destination country and carrier, being TIPSA for Spain and Portugal and FedEx for the rest of the world.

We offer 10 days with no extra cost for returning orders bought in our online store and money for items value will be refund (being aware that shipping cost will NOT be refund)
Whether the product you bought has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced for a totally new one, being needed to send the product and its purchase receipt to our facilities.
To proceed the refund of any item bought in our online store, we have to receive them in our facilities, so once received and inspected that they are in good conditions we shall proceed to refund the value of all items you return in the same way you paid it. Being aware that we will NOT refund shipping cost.
Any return, for refund or replacement which gets lost or gets stuck in custom will be consider as non received and could not been refunded neither replaced.
