Shipping

We ship immediately if items are in stock, if not, it will take about 7 days to acquire the items and ship everything in a single parcel. If it takes more than 7 days, we will first ship items we have in stock and then ship the rest with no additional cost. Items out of stock may vary between 1 to 6 weeks, but normally it will not take longer than 4 weeks.

In case you want to receive all items we have in stock from your order immediately, let us know through our website. We will arrange an express shipping with additional shipping cost.

Delivery time for domestic shipping (Spain) is 24/48h and between 2-5 days for international shipping using a carrier or 7-21 days using Postal Mail. Please note that this data has been provided by the carrier and is subject to change in each case. Therefore we are NOT responsible for any delays incurred for reasons beyond LucrOit.

Shipping cost depends on the destination country and carrier.

TIPSA for Spain and Portugal and FedEx, TNT or Postal Mail for the rest of the countries.

* In any case, the price does NOT include customs or other costs related to shipping.

Return Items You Ordered

We offer 10 days with no extra cost for returning orders purchased in our online store and money for items value will be refunded.

Note: shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

If the product you bought has manufacturing defects, it will be replaced for a new item.

Return items have to be sent with the original receipt.

To proceed for a refund of any item bought in our online store, first we need to receive them in our facilities. Once received and inspected that they are in good conditions, we will proceed for a refund process. Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that we will NOT refund shipping cost.

For refund or replacement for the items that are lost or stuck in the custom will be considered as not-received and will be neither refunded nor replaced.

Please state “return” for the returns and do not state a monetary value. For this reason, LucrOit is not responsible for these charges, but the customer.  We also recommend sending your product in a trackable shipping.
