An amazing workshop in northern Spain with:
**Note, this payment will be for your spot reservation, full payment instructions will be forwarded to you once your spot is reserved.
The North coast of Spain from the Basque Country to Galicia is an amazing and characteristic coast, surrounded by Cantabrian Sea, which was considered for a long time “mare Tenebrarum”, this abrupt and steep coast offers amazing cliffs and flysches that tell the history of the formation of the Bay of Biscay, a coastline where mountains meet the sea, but it also has peaceful bays and inlets as well as paradisiacal beaches. The Cantabrian Sea has forged the character of the population. All this combined with the unpredictable weather, it can be sunny and then suddenly get cloudy, misty or raining and vice versa. All the weather conditions show off the beauty of this coastline in different but beautiful moods. There is no doubt that the northern coast of Spain is one of the most beautiful and unknown coasts in Spain. Spain is widely known for its sunny south and east coast, but the north has a lot of superb photograpic locations and it is probably also one of the most beautiful coastlines not only in Spain but in Europe, it is not by mere coincidence that some locations of the famous show Game of Thrones have been filmed there.
We have an epic place, but in order to make this workshop epic, we also need epic photographers. Can you imagine shooting and learning for a week in such a spectacular area with some of the best photographers in the world? That’s what we are offering you, a week full of emotions and knowledge, where you will learn about composition, about the use of filters (this is a LucrOit Workshop, bring your filters, but if you don’t have any, don’t worry, we will lend you some), planning, processing, and social media with the following LucrOit Ambassadors:
Jesus M García
Lucas Olmedo (LucrOit)
Namor Pastor (1 night for night photography at Lagos de Covadonga)
Besides being a great place for photography, in northern Spain the food is absolutely delicious, food is part of the culture, the hub of Spanish gastronomy and high cuisine, trying to describe it is a waste of time, so we will go to check it out ourselves by testing some different delicious meals (when not taking photos of course ;)

Know about our leaders...
I have been fascinated by the possibilities of photography since my early childhood. I grew up at beautiful lake region under Moscow exploring wild nature, spending most of my free time in the nature. I graduated the art painting school when I was a kid. Mix art, nature, constant activities and you’ll receive a summary – art of Landscape photography. Life started swirling me, pushing me into the rush. University, hard work on my quantum physics thesis, family and friends… But there is always a pleasure in the pathless woods: places I always returned and always admired. Nature is my inspiration, with all the beauty and variety of colors and compositions.
There is a pleasure in the pathless woods,
There is a rapture on the lonely shore,
There is society, where none intrudes,
By the deep sea, and music in its roar:
I love not man the less, but Nature more,
From these our interviews, in which I steal
From all I may be, or have been before,
To mingle with the Universe, and feel
What I can ne’er express, yet cannot all conceal.
Lucky for me during my study at Institute of Physics and Technology I gained experience not only in physics, but also in mountain climbing and hiking, guiding tourist groups in winter and in summer. I became a guide of photo-workshops and chief editor of “Continent expedition” magazine. We wrote awesome articles travel and adventures all over the world competing even with National Geographic.
I live in the world today, but there are places on Earth, I attached with by my soul. It’s villa Gaia in Tuscany I live mainly these days. I love Lofoten islands, with their remarkable atmosphere of fishing villages, sailing adventures, incredible hikes and northern lights dances during the winter time.
The world can’t live without testimonials, so I should place here a few words on awards and publications. I have several awards in photography: Golden Turtle’ 13 Nature nomination winner, National Geographic Russia contest 2013 winner, Best of Russia’13, ’14 ’15 winner, bestphotographer’13, Trierenberg Super Circuit award (best landscape photographer). I have publications in such magazines as Digital SLR Magazine, UK, Photography week, Photography Master Class, National Geographic, Discovery, Photoworld China, Digital Photo (Bauer Media) magazines. My key clients are Apple, Gazprom Neft’, S7 Airlines, RedBull.
I am spending most of his time in Norway at Lofoten islands and in Tuscany at our villa Gaia, guiding groups from Europe, UK, US, Asia and Russia. I am official Nikon. Gitzo and Lucroit ambassador.
Simon is an award winning Swiss photographer who lives in a small village in Northern Switzerland. His passion for photography increased steadily since he started in 2010. Since then he has traveled all around the globe, always searching for the perfect shot. The Western US, Canada, Greenland, the Lofoten in Norway and the quite far away New Zealand are what he likes best. Each of these countries has their own unique landscapes. Simon loves the remote areas and being one with nature. "I don't like touristic spots, I'm fascinated about the solitude of nature. Is there anything more amazing than being all by yourself somewhere in the middle of nowhere and becoming a witness of breathtaking spectacles nobody else has ever seen or will ever see?". His enthusiasm about photography hardly knows a limit. He takes all exertions on himself that are needed to get what he wants. Neither wind nor weather will stop him as these are the moments where the real good images are taken. "There's no bad weather, just bad preparation" is his device. Consequences are that his photographic trips are often more than adventurous. His next plans are to explore Switzerland and Europe's most beautiful places. He would love to show other people these places as well as "our surroundings have so much to offer, but I guess we just close our eyes and think that all these beautiful spots are out of reach and to far away"
You can look at a picture for a week and never think of it again. You can also look at a picture for a second and think of it all your life.” ― Joan Miró
I´m a photographer from Köln in Germany (Cologne).
Nowadays the amount of incredible imagery produced on a daily basis is overwhelming, so for my imagesi focus on showcasing my own view on things instead of reproducing the often seen.
I want to take you with me to the places i visit and let you look through my eyes, feel what i felt and maybe even make you dream about beeing outside in the elements a little bit.
I often describe my imagery as immersive emotional landscape photography. An image only works for me, if it evokes feelings. Those can be positive or negative, warm or cold- but i try to avoid keeping the viewer indifferent to what he has in front of his eyes. Ideally you find yourself continuing the story of the image in your thoughts- like a movie from which my image is a still.
So who is Felix Indeni have been asked and as that´s hard to explain i´ll just say that i´m a cosmopolitan who loves to travel and really enjoys to feel the power of mother nature. Who fluently speaks german, spanish and english. I also have a weird passion for snow and ice, which doesn´t mean that i don´t enjoy travelling in warmer places. But you might rather stumble over my tripod in the arctic than in tropical regions.

Nestor Rodriguez Antolin (Nestor Rodan)
Néstor Rodríguez Antolín (Néstor Rodan), is a Spanish photographer, born in the Leon town of Santa Lucía de Gordón.
His relationship with photography began indirectly, in the year 2001, while working as a television camera. Since he was young he has had small digital cameras, although his first SLR camera was a Canon 400D camera, back in the year 2.007.
His first photographic works were for the earthmoving company he works for.
Self-taught, influenced by Ansel Adams, Daniel Kordan, Jose Benito Ruiz ... his connection with León and its landscapes has made him a lover of nature in all its manifestations. Knower of the valleys and mountains of the Cantabrian mountain range. His effort is based on getting the best light, making the best possible captures and continuously improving his skills in the field of publishing.
Néstor currently travels to several countries looking for the best landscape and the best quality of light possible to include it in his shots. Russia, Iceland, Switzerland, USA, Mexico ...
Néstor is in constant learning, pursues a photo, studies it, prepares it and once achieved, has another project in mind, another photograph. He is always looking for that moment in perfect communion with nature, an experience that he tries to transmit in all the workshops he gives and in the message that accompanies all his photographs. With your heart set on your Lion.
Néstor has been awarded several national and international awards.
His work has also been news in several websites and magazines. He coordinates photography workshops for various groups that request him in Spain and soon also abroad, always teaching others about his post-processing technical staff that he has been perfecting over the last few years and with field practices so that his students get his technique and at the same time his love for photography. Transmitting in an exact and close way, his way of understanding photography as well as all the techniques he applies, from planning, capture, to developing and editing.
My name is Antonio, I am 38 years old (1980), I live in Madrid and I am a Doctor in Geology. What? Geologist? What do the stones have to do with photography? you may be wondering ... Well, depending on the point of view, my profession made me even love nature more than before. since I had to travel to many different places to spend a lot of time doing outdoor work, camps, field work, endless days of cartography ... Anyway, I can say that I spent more outdoor time than inside an office. And of course, that has made me learn to appreciate the beauty of the places where I was. Also, from a very young age, my dear father, may he rest in peace, he gave me the bug for this art. I went from being his "model" to his assistant, he taught me to develop photographs in the laboratory, he gave me books and photography manuals, etc ... and we are talking about me being no more than 8 or 9 years old. So, the sum of all that has made little by little acquire more and more knowledge of this hobby that is becoming an obsession. Photography, and especially photography postprocessing, have become my main hobby.
My aim is simple, to create Fine Art landscape photographs, images that are both artistically inspired and technically excellent. I really enjoy pushing the cameras limits with advanced in-camera techniques and the use of filters to control exposure which gets combined with a strong desire to produce unique and visually stunning imagery. I rarely plan my shoots but rather prefer to play with what nature has to offer.
My favourite photography quote sums up the spiritual side of photography that I enjoy most: “You don't make a photograph just with a camera. You bring to the act of photography all the pictures you have seen, the books you have read, the music you have heard, the people you have loved.” - Ansel Adams (Considered as the grandfather of Landscape photography).
